A 2-year warranty on everything
All products from BestAtTech.Com come with a two-year warranty from us. If something is wrong with your item, we will help you with a repair, a replacement or a refund.
You also have the right to make a claim for up to 5 years
Our warranty comes in addition to your rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, and does not limit them.
The claim period is two years for ordinary consumer goods, and five years for goods intended to last substantially longer than two years. This includes graphics cards, speakers, smartwatches and other electronics we sell.
You must let us know within a reasonable time after you discovered the fault.
What is covered
- Manufacturing and material defects
- Malfunctions during normal use
- Faults that were present when you received the item but only showed up later
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches and cosmetic marks
- Damage from drops, crushing, liquid or incorrect use
- Damage after repairs carried out by anyone other than us or the manufacturer's service center
- Battery capacity that gradually decreases with normal use
How to make a claim
Email hi@bestattech.com with your order number, what is wrong, and ideally a photo or video. We normally reply within one business day, and we cover shipping both ways for an approved claim.
Just changed your mind?
Then the right of withdrawal applies, not the warranty. You have 14 days, and we pay the return shipping. See Returns & refunds.
